DUCKTAIL / JAMES DEAN

EVEN THOUGH IT RAINED FOR THREE DAYS PRIOR TO THE SHOWS, (AND THE MORNING OF FOR THAT MATTER) WE PRESSED ON AND RODE DOWN TO THE DUCKTAIL AND JAMES DEAN ANYWAY. EVERY SEPTEMBER THESE 2 SHOWS GO ON AT THE SAME TIME ON THE SAME WEEKEND, AND EVERY YEAR THEY'RE BOTH PACKED. THIS IS A SHOT FROM THE MIDDLE OF JAMES DEAN AND ONLY GETS A FRACTION OF WHATS THERE, AND DUCKTAIL HAD EVEN MORE, WHICH IS THE SHOW I PREFER. IT'S ALITTLE MORE FUN AND DIRTY.
THIS PROVES IT. MOST OF DUCKTAIL LOOKED LIKE THIS, MUDDY SWAPPY MESS, BUT THAT DIDNT STOP ANYBODY. EVEN THOUGH THE PLACE WAS A MESS, CARS STILL CRUISED AROUND, AND EVERYBODY AT THE SHOW IS USUALLY MORE LAID BACK. CARS ARE ROUGHER AND TOUGHER. MORE MY STYLE.

MY FAVORITE ARE FENDERLESS RODS, I THINK OF THEM AS CHOPPERS OF THE HOTROD WORLD. STRIP IT DOWN AND MAKE IT FASTER. IF YOU DON'T NEED IT, TOSS IT!

LATEST FROM VOODOO LARRY.

DETAILS, DETAILS. I LOVE ALL THE LITTLE DETAILS LIKE THIS. THEY MAKE A CAR SO MUCH MORE.

I STRIVE TO HAVE DETAILS LIKE THESE ON MY CAR.

GOOD STANCE AND UNCHOPPED.

STARK WHITE FRAME IS QUITE THE CONTRAST.

LOOK AT THEM TIRES.

I'M REAL FOND OF T's, YOU DON'T SEE T COUPES VERY MUCH.

CAN'T GO WRONG, AND I ALMOST PREFER THE 5 WINDOWS INSTEAD OF THE 3.

IT AINT A ROD BUT IS SURE IS A BIG PIMP CADDY. BANNANNA BOAT-
